Enzweihinger Mühle - Flourloading

In addition to the two already existing  GFK-Silos, 6 new GFK-Silos with a capacity of 11 tons flour were delivered and mounted on a steel structure. The entire silo-system was completely covered after mounting it. The loading occurs by means of screw conveyors and a loading chute with a power of 25 t/h

Ammerndorfer Mühle

Delivery of 7 aluminium silos for the storage of flour. The discharging is carried out by means of  vibro discharger and rotary valves, the conveying of the flour by means of an pneumatic pressure plant. The loading of the product is carried out by means of an tubular screw conveyor.

Wesermühle

The Flour-unloading-plant consists of 28 silos for wheat-, rhy- and corngrindingproducts and a plant for the production of special flour receps by means of a mixer. The back lane of the unloading plant is designated for one-chamber-silocars. A weighbridge regulates die amount of the discharged flour. The front lane of the unloading part is for multiple-chamber-silocars which can be load with different flour sorts. This is carried out by an displaceable scale, which approaches the silos programm-controlled to unload the designated silo. The automatic and hygienic unloadingprocess of 25 tons lasts between 10 and 30 minutes.
